Our Clinics provide 6 hours of technical training, beginning each day with 20 minutes of soccer-specific speed and agility training, promoting "quick feet." Next, we will focus on the technical topic of the day, broken down and covered in detail. We will focus on correct body mechanics and refine the technique through repetition. Each session concludes with small-sided games requiring the use of technique under pressure to simulate game conditions.
