Founder of Metzger Soccer, his teams have competed in State, Regional, and National Championships, and he has helped place 500+ players into college soccer programs. Aaron serves as a Coaching Educator and Scout for Futbol Association and provides consulting support to clubs focused on growth, development, and long-term success.

As the founder and owner of Metzger Soccer, Aaron has dedicated his career to developing athletes, coaches, and programs with a strong emphasis on long-term success both on and off the field.

Throughout his career, Aaron’s teams have earned multiple State, Regional, and National Championships, reflecting his commitment to excellence and high-performance standards. He has successfully guided more than 500 players into collegiate soccer programs, helping families navigate the recruiting process while preparing athletes for the demands of college-level competition. In addition to placing players, Aaron has also coached at the collegiate level, giving him a firsthand understanding of the expectations, standards, and pathways required for success at the next level.

Aaron has served as Director of Coaching for prominent soccer clubs in Texas and Colorado, where he played a critical role in building sustainable club structures, implementing comprehensive player development models, and mentoring coaching staffs. His leadership and strategic vision have helped shape competitive environments that prioritize development, education, and accountability.

In addition to his club and collegiate experience, Aaron has worked extensively with both Olympic Development Program (ODP) and US Club Soccer as a coach and scout, identifying and evaluating talent at state and regional levels. He currently serves as a Coaching Educator and Scout for Futbol Association, supporting coaching education initiatives while continuing to identify emerging players and future leaders within the game.
